Manager, Human Resources - Morpheus Media

Responsibilities:
-Build creative recruiting strategies to identify, interview and select new employees to join Morpheus’s high-performing team.
- Create a continuous talent pipeline for future job openings, supporting the organization’s growth objectives.
-Create Morpheus’s talent retention strategy to chart long-term career development and job progression.
-Synchronize talent strategy with job descriptions, performance appraisals and career paths at Morpheus.
-Support employee relations practices to maintain a productive work environment and support growth for all employees.
-Provide team leaders with coaching and tools to communicate performance expectations to team members.
-Architect human resources best practices and processes that revise existing and create additional structure(s) within Morpheus’s entrepreneurial culture.
-Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding to ensure successful assimilation into Morpheus.
-Communicate human resources policies and procedures so that information flows effectively throughout the organization.
-Design retention strategies to ensure Morpheus remains an employer of choice with a culture that is collaborative, creative and fun.

Desired Background:
-4 plus years of progressive human resources responsibilities.
-Agency or marketing company experience desired.
-Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree a plus.
-Familiar with New York State and New York City employment rules and regulations.
-Pulse on how to recruit, develop and retain Millennial generation talent.
-Self-starter that can work autonomously and exercise independent judgment.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and make decisions among changing priorities.
-Proven ability to work flexibly under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment that continuously evolves.
-Excellent relationship and communication skills.
