A new trend in listening

Consumers are social. Facebook and Twitter alone hold a vast wealth of consumer opinions, but managing the data takes an increasing amount of effort. Or does it? Jeff Ragovin, chief strategy officer for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Ragovin is the former co-founder and CSO of Buddy Media  -- SalesForce recently purchased Buddy Media), shares with us a new way companies are listening to their customers.
