Find out picture/video phone use among age groups.
Based on BIGresearch's sixth Simultaneous Media Study of more than 14,000 individuals, we find that 18- to 24-year-olds are leading the way in the use of picture/video phones, but not far behind are 25- to 34-year-olds using their picture phones occasionally. Those in the 35- to 54-year-old age group cite occasional usage. The regular use is important, but the occasional use by the 25- to 54-year-old age group probably is a good indicator that picture/video phone usage is more than just a youth communication use. The findings have implication for (word of mouth/picture phone) self-produced advertising.
