Page titles are intended to describe the page content-- not the navigation.

Do not place words like "Company History" or "Product Overview" in the page title.

I’m all for navigational reinforcements. But, typically, my clients like website traffic.

Not too many internet searchers jump out of bed in the morning, grab a fresh copy of coffee and search for "news releases."
