Carat Fusion

Way back in 1995, there was a company in Newton, MA, called Freeman Associates. Acquired by Carat, Carat Interactive was born. Over the years, preeminent interactive media shops Lot21, Vizium and Freestyle Interactive -- among others -- were merged, and Carat Fusion is now one of the largest interactive agencies in the world.

Carat Fusion is leading the integrated media charge with clients like Echostar, Motorola and adidas. In collaboration with clients and partners, they've put together media plans that maximize each digital element in concert with television, print, outdoor and sponsorships.

According to John Cate, VP and national media director, their philosophy to integration is "to start by putting the consumer at the heart of the plan. You then tie in the most appropriate media platforms that will build both an active brand presence and receptive marketing experiences."
