ASPY Awards 2006 Winners
 

We bring you the winners of the fourth annual ASPY awards recently presented at the iMedia Agency Summit at Camelback Inn, Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Aspen Group, an informal association of interactive media directors, strategists, planners and buyers, announced the winners of the fourth annual ASPY awards at the iMedia Agency Summit Tuesday night. The ASPY awards were created by the Aspen group to salute the best work performed by publishers and solutions providers each year.

The awards this year were co-presented by Michael Comins, senior vice president, director of client services, ID Media and Karen Anderson,VP, Modem Media.

"The Aspy Awards are a tremendous way for the buyer community to publicly recognize the contributions of our industry partners. Through three rounds of voting it was clear that there's a great appreciation for the hard work and strategic thinking that so many of our partners bring to the table every day," said Comins.

Weather.com for Best Customer Service
The award is for the publisher that provides the best service across sales, account management, operations and billing.

Heavy.com for Most Creative Ad Solutions
This award is for the most imaginative, innovative and strategic in providing advertising solutions specific to clients' objectives.

AOL for Most Improved
This award is for the publisher that has made the most significant advances towards improving their solution offerings and/or customer service.

DoubleClick for Best Technology Solution
This award is for the partner that has provided the best technological solutions that enhance clients' campaigns and/or their ability to manage them.

CNET.com for Best Overall
This award is for the partner that brings the best overall combination of service and solutions.

"All of the winners should be proud to have reached the pinnacle of their profession; from first time winner DoubleClick for the introduction of  the Floodlight tag to three time winner AOL for rolling out a vast array of new service offerings and helping advance the interactive industry as a whole," said Anderson.
