This session showcases agency and client collaboration that is focused on the integration of digital marketing into traditional and covers breakout new digital marketing campaigns. Case studies review various aspects of marketing integration, including site design, online promotions, customer acquisition and retention via multiple disciplines in digital marketing. The systems and processes involved in the projects and the collaboration between client and (sometimes multiple) agencies is explored.
