Ad networks see popularity surge
Among nearly 500 people polled in Collective Media's third annual ad network survey, 89 percent said they intend to work with ad networks this year, which marks a 5 percent rise from 2008. More than half of those surveyed said as much as 15 percent of their online budgets would be spent on ad networks, and 24 percent said ad networks would comprise up to 30 percent of their total online budget.
Despite all the glowing praise for ad networks, 71 percent of respondents said there are too many of them.
