CP+B pushes into Europe with Swedish acquisition

Crispin Porter + Bogusky increased its European reach this week with the acquisition of famed Swedish digital agency Daddy. CP+B currently holds offices in London, Spain, and Germany, but now adds Gothenburg, Sweden, to its roster, according to a news release.

The new division, which has been named CP+B Europe, will be headquartered out of the recently acquired company's offices and will serve as the agency's first creative hub within Europe.

Daddy was founded in 2000, and it has run campaigns for Scania, Ciba Vision, Heinz, SS, Philips, Capio, TeliaSonera, and Autodesk.

"Daddy feels like the perfect foundation on which we can grow. Our cultures are similar and they are eager to help us build our vision of a CP+B factory in Europe," said Jeff Hicks, CEO of CP+B.
