A study conducted by UberCEO has revealed that the majority of Fortune-100 CEOs are completely disconnected from the social media community, MarketingVox reports.
Of all the top CEOs in America:
- 0 have personal blogs
- 2 have Twitter accounts (but don’t appear to be using them)
- 13 have LinkedIn accounts (in various stages of disuse, with few connections and outdated profiles)
- 19 have a personal Facebook page (with the most popular CEO having a whopping 13 friends on his profile)
While 76 percent of CEOs did have their own Wikipedia pages, 28 percent of these pages contained outdated or erroneous information.
