dmg world media announces creation of digital marketing board of governors -- Sarah Fay to chair newly created board

Sarah Fay, formerly the CEO of Aegis Media North America, kicked off her remarks to a packed house at ad:tech New York last Wednesday by announcing that she has been named to Chair dmg world media's newly created Digital Marketing Board of Governors. The Board of Governors is considering how best to utilize dmg's event and publication businesses -- ad:tech, iMedia Summit, CMO Summits, and imediaconnection.com -- to foster the continued growth of the digital marketing industry. 

Prior to serving as CEO of Aegis Media North America, Fay was previously CEO of Carat and Isobar USA. Before that she was head of Carat Digital, prior to the integration of Carat USA and Carat Fusion. In 2001 she led the creation of Carat Interactive. She has won many coveted industry awards, including the prestigious ad:tech Industry Achievement Award in 2007.
