Should the question be broadened? I'm not so sure this is a challenge facing only digital agencies. In this rapidly-changing world of marketing, companies and traditional agencies are struggling to understand how to get ahead as well. I like that Mr. Patrizi speaks about it in terms of an opportunity: that if digital agencies can learn fast enough to keep up with the trends, then they can provide great service (and solutions) to those companies and traditional agencies. But getting in front of the bullet train that is "digital marketing trends" is a tall order…one that is probably better suited for an ecosystem of "agencies," all of whom have found there way to the front of one mega-trend.Now, more than ever, I think it takes a village to build (and sustain) a brand.@johnvlane
