3 qualities that all digital talent must have

Desmond Burrows brought out the critical requirement of tenacity in this video. I deal with it all the time as an independent internet marketing consultant as many of my clients are so old-school in how they think about marketing and technology. It takes repetition, multiple metaphors, and determination to get them to understand what I'm suggesting and how it would benefit their brand. If it wasn't for my patience and commitment to their best interest, I'd give up and move on to something else. The good news is that as I continue to work with them, they do gain an ability to understand and start thinking more creatively and outside-the-box.

I would add the ability to multitask and switch gears quickly! I think this comes as a side effect to using social tools.
