Media Motion: Active International, Crowd Science, and Marin Software

Active International promoted a number of executives to senior positions. Fran Baric was promoted to SVP, director of print and out-of-home media, Christine Williams-Jacobsen to SVP, director of local radio, and Michelle Harden to VP, print media director.

Clearspring Technologies has rolled out a new platform that will leverage the proprietary real-time data processing engine from the AddThis sharing platform. The move will build and deliver audiences to publishers and advertisers.

ClickEquations announced the release of Keyword Zoom, which presents a 360-degree view of keywords. It combines search queries, keywords, text ads, and analytics data on one screen with full editing capabilites.

Crowd Science has named Corey J. Leibow as its president and chief executive officer. Leibow has held senior-level positions for more than 22 years. He was most recently an executive in residence at Plug and Play Tech Center.

IBM has completed its acquisition of Coremetrics. This move will provide IBM's clients with real-time intelligence on what customers are saying about products, content, and services.

Kantar Video hired Mark Gaccione as SVP, business development of its tier-one management team. He was recently the director of channel development for MediaMind.

Knotice announced a number of new features on its Concentri software platform. Users can now consume content that is not hosted in Concentri's Content Management System. They will also find it easier to build mobile site templates.

Limelight Networks has acquired Seattle-based Delve Networks. Delve's software-as-a-service platform provides tools for managing, publishing, and syndicating videos online.

Marin Software announced a number of moves. Russell Wirth was hired as vice president of sales for North America, Matt Lawson was promoted to vice president of marketing, and Sirous Wadia was named vice president of accounts.

Meebo announced that EW.com and TVGuide.com are the latest publishers to implement the Meebo Bar, which helps users share and discover content. Since launching in 2009, the Meebo Bar has been implemented on almost 7,000 websites.

POP has hired Laura Porto Stockwell as vice president of experience strategy. She will lead the team of user experience strategists to develop innovative cross-channel digital experiences.

VirtuOz has appointed Steve Adams as its new CEO. He will be charged with increasing the awareness of VirtuOz, growing the company's customer base, and scaling the operations for rapid growth.
