90octane has hired four new account coordinators to its account management team and has promoted four staff members. Lisa Mallen, Cristelle Shugart, Rachael Roark, and Michael Aus have been appointed as account coordinators. In addition, 90octane has promoted Meg Archer, Lauren Calkins, Christie Bermel, and Lauren Plewacki.

Acquity Group has hired Jay Dettling as president, North American services to expand the delivery of "Brand eCommerce" services to clients as the company continues to extend its global footprint.

Arnold Worldwide announced that Tristan Kincaid will join the agency as creative director in New York. In this new position, he will be responsible for leading creative projects across several clients, including Hershey and Fab.com.

Dailybreak announced it has been selected to partner with Halls, a brand owned by Mondelez International, Inc., as part of the "Mobile Futures" program.

Digitas announced the appointment of Dee Mustafa-Bowne as VP/group creative director in Atlanta. Mustafa-Bowne will lead the office’s creative teams on Equifax and Delta, as well as the creative for new business opportunities in Atlanta.

DIYSEO has raised more than $2 million in a second round of venture capital funding and rebranded to UpCity. The new funding brings their total raised to approximately $4 million.

Manifest Digital has acquired St. Louis-based 4ORCE Digital. The newly combined organization has more than 130 employees and a client portfolio of brands including Post Foods, Allstate, Nestle Purina, Hasbro, and Walgreens.

Media6Degrees announced the appointment of Daniel Levy as senior account executive. In his new position, Levy will manage and develop existing and new client relationships in the New York region.

Metrocorp announced that it has purchased a majority interest in Slice Communications, a social media and public relations agency. The company will develop and implement social media strategies and projects for Metrocorp print and digital properties, its advertisers and sponsors, and other unrelated businesses.

Natural Partners turned to Knotice and its on-demand technology for email marketing and universal profile management to define audiences, pull actionable analytics, and message customers and prospects with increased relevance.

ORC International, has acquired Marketing Research Services Inc. (MRSI). The Jordan, Edmiston Group, Inc. of New York, NY represented MRSI in this transaction and acted as its exclusive financial advisor.

SponsorPay has named Andrew Bibby as senior vice president of global advertiser sales. He will oversee the strategy and execution of all initiatives related to SponsorPay’s "BrandEngage" advertising platform and will be responsible for the growth and development of the technology in current and new markets.

The Cisneros Group of Companies created the largest mobile ad network serving the Americas by merging the mobile business of RedMas, Cisneros' digital media unit, with Adsmovil, the mobile advertising network in Latin America.
