2014 has brought its share of challenges, but there's one job every company is struggling to fill. Can you guess what it is?
That's right. This year, many companies are having an extremely difficult time finding qualified and creative engineers to invent original new products to help them compete in the digital age. For startups and new tech companies, it's even more difficult to attract new talent because they are getting more enticing offers from larger corporations.
John Edge, a successful financial technology entrepreneur, spoke with iMedia at SXSW 2014 about why engineering is the most difficult position to fill this year, as well as his surprising predictions and upcoming trends for the future.
