iMedia Podcast: Fox's Web Strategy

Fox Interactive Media President Ross Levinsohn speaks with Doug Weaver about News Corp's online ambitions.

Ross Levinsohn gave the opening day keynote at December's Agency Summit in La Quinta, California. He spoke with Doug Weaver of the Upstream Group on specifics regarding News Corp's recent buys, including online properties MySpace, IGN and Scout Media. Levinsohn confirmed that News Corp, and Fox, intend to integrate traditional media with emerging platforms. With young people multitasking -- watching, say, the OC, while IMing a friend on a laptop, dominating both online and offline properties is key to a media conglomerate's success.
