Canada: 79 million (comScore Media Metrix, December/05).
U.K.: 13 million (comScore Media Metrix, September/05).

5,500.

What kind of targeting do you provide? How is this targeting achieved?
Channel, sub-channel, site, country, state, city, DMA, area code, zip code, bandwidth, browser, operating system, user agent, daypart, language, ISP, frequency.

This targeting is achieved through a dynamic optimization process using our OPTIMAX and AdGlobal technologies.

Do you accept all forms of rich media? How about video?
Yes we accept all forms of rich media. We do not accept video at this time.

What is a distinguishing feature of your network? Do you cater to a particular kind of audience or site?
There are three distinguishing features of our network -- quality of sites and visitor traffic, delivery/optimization technology and audience reach.

Our audience is very broad. We reach nearly one in every two Americans online. Still, we are particularly strong in the social networking segment. This is one of our largest channels and is an ideal medium for reaching the late teen/early twenties segment.

Is there anything else you'd like to say about the network or about the online advertising industry in general (prognosis, needs for change, et cetera)?
Growth over the past quarter, both in terms of publisher inventory and client demand, has been staggering. 2006 has a very exciting outlook.
