MEDIA PLANNING & BUYING: IN FOCUS
Introduction
Every so often there's an advertising campaign that makes you take notice, gets media attention, and sometimes even becomes part of our cultural lexicon. Think "Where's the Beef?," Apple's notorious Super Bowl ad, and, of course, that dancing, singing Subservient Chicken.
Naturally, not all campaigns receive the same notoriety, despite success for deploying out-of-the-box creative, brilliant media placement and, most importantly, achieving their intended goals.
We asked top media planners and creative people to tell us what their favorite campaign of 2005 was, and to explain why.
Here are the panelists and their choices.
