What it could mean for marketers
The big marketing take-away for Yahoo's mobile presence is that it's another (increasingly popular) platform that allows users to access Yahoo content wherever they are. Ensuring that you're prominent within Yahoo's standard searches should enable you to appear amongst on-the-go searches.

Consider building an SMS bot that consumers can use at the point of decision. Imagine a consumer shopping at a mall, deciding where to buy your brand's shoes. They send a message using your SMS bot to find out if they can get a better deal on your brand of shoes somewhere else. Your SMS bot tells them that there's indeed a better deal on your shoes-- at the shoe store around the corner or somewhere online.
