Hitwise tracks searches on online communities, chat sites and sites visited immediately after MySpace.com.

Internet community and chat sites are making the rounds in the media once again, this time it is Newsweek focusing on MySpace among others. Hitwise has taken a closer look at the Net Communities and Chat category for the week ending March 25, 2006. The most ppular site is MySpace, capturing 42 percent of visits to the category, followed by TheFaceBook and Xanga. Hitwise Clickstream data shows that after visiting MySpace, 8.33 percent of visits went to MySpace Blog and 2.93 percent to MySpace Music.
