The latest edition of EA's NCAA Football franchise highlighted a new feature called "Home Field Advantage." During play, the game-day atmosphere directly affects players' on-field performance, depending on how they handle the pressures of being the home or visiting team. This is a fairly difficult concept to get across in a short amount of time, so Freestyle Interactive used the metaphor of “butterflies in your stomach.” The finished product was a beautifully animated and eye-grabbing ad that spoke directly to the new game feature.
