Responsible for all marketing for Knowledge Universe, the largest early childhood education (ECE) provider in the world. Marketing covers our three brands, KinderCare, the largest community based ECE provider in the US, CCLC, our brand that provides ECE and family care solutions to major universities, hospitals and corporations, and Champions, providing before and after school programs in over 350 elementary schools across the US. Marketing disciplines include brand strategy, business strategy, all digital and acquisition marketing and analytics, direct marketing, market research, CRM, creative, content development and distribution and social media.
Previously Burt lead all marketing for Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG), the Starwood loyalty program, and brand strategy for all Starwood brands across website development, interactive marketing, emerging technologies and call center initiatives. Prior to Starwood Hotels, Rosen spent one year at Avenue A as the account director leading the Starwood business. He also worked at Modem Media for five years with clients including GE, Benjamin Moore, Kodak, JCPenney and Delta Air Lines. Rosen also spent 12 years in TV advertising sales working for NBC, CBS, Raycom and Univision. Burt lives in Portland OR with his wife, 2 kids (11 and 8), and 2 dogs, For fun, he flies, plays ice hockey, and climbs mountains.
