Mike is best known as co-founder of Avenue A, now Avenue A/Razorfish, a digital marketing organization that became one of the industry's biggest success stories. Mike assembled that team that helped to grow Avenue A from a startup with three employees to one of the best and largest interactive agencies in the world. Today, with over $100 million in sales and over 300 employees, AQuantive has acquired multi-million dollar accounts like Microsoft, Gateway, Expedia and Disney and earned ADWEEK magazine's Independent Interactive Agency of the Year award. Earlier in his career, Mike served as president of the technology group at L90. He rebuilt the company's technology division and helped expand its sales and marketing teams. While at L90, Mike developed relationships with clients such as Microsoft, Visa, General Motors and Procter & Gamble.
Mr. Leo lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children.
