Tamara Littleton founded Emoderation in 2002 to share her passion for all things digital. From the early days of online forum moderation to the explosion of Facebook and Twitter, Tamara has used her experience and expertise to help develop best practice standards for digital media on branded online channels. To deliver this high standard to clients she manages a team of 350 full-time, part-time and freelance staff working virtually across the globe.  

Emoderation is a global social media agency delivering high-quality multi-lingual social media management, moderation services, social listening, data and insight, and social media consultancy. It works with some of the world’s biggest brands including Oreo, MTV, Oprah Winfrey Network, Primark, Gatwick Airport, MillerCoors, Smirnoff, The LEGO Group, Toyota and The Economist. In 2013, she co-founded Polpeo, a social media crisis simulation tool, to help brands navigate the pitfalls of social media successfully through live simulations, and safeguard their reputations online.

Emoderation was listed in The Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 for the last two years, no.45 in the Sunday Times 2015 SME Export Track 100, was named Rising Star of the Year at the Private Business Awards 2015 and the International Growth Business of the Year in the 2015 National Business Awards.
