Eric Anderson is the Vice President of Digital at People to People Ambassador Programs, the leading provider of educational travel experiences. He is the author of Social Media Marketing: Game Theory and the Emergence of Collaboration, published by Springer in 2010, and was named one of iMedia’s 25 Digital Marketing Leaders and Innovators in 2011. Previously he was a partner and lead strategist at White Horse, named by Forrester Research as one of the nation’s top user-centered design agencies, for 13 years; his clients included HSBC, Wells Fargo, Columbia Sportswear, WebMD, Schlage, KinderCare, and Microsoft. He holds an M.A. in Literature from Marquette University, and a Ph.D ABD in Cultural Theory from Washington State University. Anderson applies his passion for behavioral economics to every marketing challenge, and is currently shopping a book proposal applying game theory to the films of Quentin Tarantino, because he believes that Mr. Pink has a lot to teach us about dealing with conflict. He blogs unreliably at www.unsettler.com, where he also posts bleak photos.
