Courtney Caldwell is the Chief Marketing Officer at Sparksfly Technologies. Ms. Caldwell joined Sparksfly in 2014. Previously, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Marketing Advocate, a through-partner marketing automation software provider. Prior to Marketing Advocate, Ms. Caldwell was the Global Director of Digital Marketing Strategy and Best Practices at Oracle, where her team led innovation practices around lead conversion, new business acquisition, and customer loyalty.
Courtney has spent nearly two decades building winning teams in technology marketing for entrepreneurial startups, SMBs, and enterprise organizations. She has held full P&L responsibility for marketing departments and budgets across five continents and has amassed a handful of successful exits.
As CMO, Ms. Caldwell is responsible for Sparksfly’s corporate marketing programs including branding and advertising, influencer relations, strategic partnerships, user retention, corporate communications, global customer programs, PR, and demand generation.
Ms. Caldwell was recently named Distinguished Young Alumna of the Year 2013 by Texas Military Institute, a “Top #Nifty50 Women in Technology on Twitter,” and is a "Top 1% Most Viewed Profiles on LinkedIn." Courtney was also a named finalist for this year's DFW AMA "Marketer of the Year" Award and is frequently invited to speak at marketing conferences around the globe.
Courtney Caldwell earned her bachelor’s degree in honors marketing from Southern Methodist University and her master’s degree in marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is wife to her best friend, Tye, and mother to Trey, a Junior Olympian in Track & Field.
