Susan Emerick is Manager of Enterprise Social Strategy & Programs at IBM and author of The Most Powerful Brand on Earth: How to Transform Teams, Empower Employees, Integrate Partners and Mobilize Customers to Beat the Competition in Digital and Social Media.
At IBM, Susan and her team are helping to reshape the company's workforce to engage in the digital age. She leads many of IBM’s transformational workforce initiatives which empower IBMers across the globe to deliver business value through sharing their expertise across the social web.
Susan was named to the elite iMedia 25 Internet Marketing Leaders and Innovators in 2011. She serves on the Advisory boards of Social Media Today, MarketingProfs and is an active member of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association Research and Measurement Council, where shares her expertise to influence the standards and principles of word of mouth research and measurement. Most recently she authored the WOMMA Influencer Handbook, May 2013.
She loves downhill skiing, dune climbing and spending time with family.
