As Founder and President of Latin3, Mr. Perel is charged with leading the company while working with clients to help them gain e-strategic advantage in the US Hispanic market and the Latin American region. Some of Latin3's clients include Dell Computer Latin America, Nextel International, Visa International, General Mills, Wachovia, Ford Motors, AT&T and Google among others.

Before starting Latin3, as Director for Latin America, Mr. Perel managed Organic's regional business operations in Latin America. Mr. Perel was in charge of building Organic's regional network. He worked closely with leading brands such as Compaq Computer, Grupo Abril, Folha de Sao Paulo and barnesandnoble.com among others.

Before joining Organic, Mr. Perel was managing the coordination of Grey Interactive Worldwide's International operations. Mr. Perel was actively involved in building GI's's global network. He worked with clients such as Procter and Gamble, Dell Computer and autobytel.com among others. Prior to Grey Interactive 's, Mr. Perel worked with Bates Worldwide's, where he made his mark by co-founding the New Media and Interactive Research department.

Mr. Perel is on the board of directors of AHAA and has been on the Board of directors of the IAA Chapter Florida, IAB US Hispanic Committee, IAB Brasil, IAB Mexico and IAB Argentina; he is an alumni from Harvard Business School and holds a Business degree from the School of Management at Boston University; and he is a native of Argentina.
