As Director of East Coast Sales, Greg Skipper oversees new advertiser acquisition, custom client solutions and product innovation for Advertising.com, the leading display network of AOL Advertising. In this role, Skipper helps top interactive advertisers define and improve their non-reserved display strategies by quantifying customer acquisition, inventory acquisition, targeting and ROI goals. Skipper also develops and implements strategic sales initiatives and advises senior management on network dynamics.
Skipper began his career at Advertising.com in 2004 as an Analyst, where he maximized client ROI and inventory yield across the network. He managed a team that handled delivery operations for several regional offices representing hundreds of millions in annual revenue.
Skipper frequently represents Advertising.com as an expert spokesperson of non-reserved display space at top industry events including Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), OMMA, and Advertising Week.
In 2007, Skipper briefly left Advertising.com to serve as Director of Advertiser Operations at DigitalSports.com. During his tenure, Skipper helmed the development of an adserving taxonomy that enabled new local and behavioral targeting offerings for advertisers and developed internal inventory modeling systems for sales.
Skipper holds Bachelor of Science degrees in General Business and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. He resides in Baltimore, MD.
