As Chief Marketing  and Strategy Officer at Tahzoo, John leads one of a new breed of digital marketing service providers, who combine the mastery of technology, the insight of strategy and the magic of digital creativity to provide their clients’ with solutions to their complex customer experience management needs.

John has served customers for over 20 years as a serial CMO and strategic marketing consultant.  At Ascentium, he grew a small technology consulting firm into one of the leading interactive agencies, serving clients including Microsoft, T-Mobile, AT&T, Motorola, Intel, Cisco, Expedia, Nintendo and Amazon. 

While a SVP with MRM Worldwide, he helped clients like Microsoft and Intel create and manage engaging digital customer experiences.  On the corporate marketing side, John led customer marketing at Gateway, built interactive marketing at T-Mobile USA, and learned customer experience at Lufthansa.

In addition to his corporate affiliations, John has been active in industry and non-profit organizations.  He is currently on the boards of World Initiative for Science and Health and Powerful Schools.  In the past he has been President of the Seattle Direct Marketing Association, a member of the Forrester Research Leadership Board – Technology Marketing Executive Council and a board advisor at MarketFish, Surveyanalytics and Quasar Expeditions.

John has been a frequent speaker for national organizations including Forrester Research, Digital Hollywood, Integrated Marketing Summit, Engage and MarketMix.
