As Vice President of Marketing at Salesforce’s, Shannon is focused on building the brand across web, community and social channels. Her team is tasked with delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and the 2 million members of the community.
From 2003-2007 Shannon ran various marketing functions at Sourceforge (now called, the publishers of, Slashdot and ThinkGeek. Prior to that Shannon ran online marketing at Fawcette Technical Publications as well as WebsideStory, where she the Assistant Product Marketing Manager for the HitBox Product.
Shannon has BA in Communications from Boston College.
