Matthew Keiser co-founded and has served as the President and a member of the Board of Directors of Datran Media since 2001. In this role, Mr. Keiser architected and the Datran System, which are the underlying technology for Datran Media's suite of performance marketing solutions. Prior to that Mr. Keiser was the senior vice president of Traffix, Inc.(NASDAQ: TRFX), an interactive media marketing company.

While at Traffix, Mr. Keiser specialized in and lead marketing and technology initiatives that helped transform the offline direct marketing company into an online direct marketing company.  These initiatives include a demand aggregation platform, MultiBuyer, one of the earliest internet-based demand aggregation platforms and GroupLotto, a leading performance based marketing engine. Mr. Keiser sold his founding interest in GroupLotto/Multibuyer in mid 2001.

Mr. Keiser is an advisory board member of, China's premier performance marketing company. He also serves on the board of Hoop-A-Paluza, Inc., a nonprofit that raises money for children with medical  Mr. Keiser received his bachelor's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. Mr. Keiser is a Member of YPO (the Young President's Organization), Metro New York Chapter, and lives in New York City with his wife and daughter.
