I currently oversee the operations, finance, client service, product quality and new business for Kadium, an independent interactive agency.

I started my career on the traditional side of advertising working in for a now defunct Silicon Valley agency on brands like Acer Computer, Radius Monitors and other technology clients.

During that time, the web medium began to mature and within a couple of years in I was hired as the first interactive designer at Foote, Cone & Belding SF. At FCB/SF I developed websites and interactive advertising campaigns for Adobe, Excite, Netcom, Diamond Multimedia and other technology clients. In 1997, I became a Founding Member and Creative Director of Rockpile Interactive, an early entry to the purely digital agency space. At Rockpile my clients included Office Depot, Hewlett-Packard, Inktomi and Qualcomm.

In 1999, I relocated to New York when Rockpile was acquired by Euro RSCG and became VP Creative Director where I led the creative and business strategy for Datek Online the eTrading company now part of Ameritrade.

I started Kadium with two other creative partners in 2001 with the mission to never build a 12k .gif banner again! Beyond that simple goal, Kadium elevates brands by employing broadband creative opportunities, technical innovation and common sense consumer strategy. All the while we validate our recommendations by analyzing web metrics.

My talent is that I understand how to think differently, work creatively, and solve problems across a wide spectrum of media types. I bring an expertise in business development, client management, strategic planning, business operations and internal staff development.
