Richard is an online advertising veteran having been in the digital advertising industry for last 15 years. His experience has taught him how to develop successful revenue strategies for digital media companies large and small. 

Most recently, Richard was recruited to join Drawbridge (www.drawbrid.ge) from MediaMath (www.mediamath.com) where he developed key Enterprise accounts across the country with a focus on the West and Central regions of the U.S. . 

Before joining MediaMath in 2011, Richard led national sales at Buysight, Inc., a leading company providing re-targeting solutions for eCommerce and retail. Buysight was acquired by AOL in 2013. Leading the way into Buysight, Richard ran a small consulting practice called New Vision Strategy. In this role, Richard worked with early stage companies as well as new business units in larger media companies to advise on successful revenue strategies. Prior to New Vision Strategy, Richard served as the SVP of Media Sales for Adify, where he built a media sales organization which contributed to the sale of the Company to COX Enterprises in 2009.

Earlier in his career, Richard was involved in the early stages of rich media advertising where in the late ‘90’s he worked with colleagues at Bank of America to create and implement interactive video and rich media campaigns with @Home and Snap! for High Speed. Richard also successfully built sales organizations for MyFamily.com, PhotoPoint, WeatherBug and ValueClick Media. In the early 1990's in a Corporate Sales role at Tiffany & Co., he learned from top industry executives the value of customer relationships and the art of the consultative sell.

In his spare time, Richard has a passion for wine, his family and the great outdoors.
