As the group manager, social media and digital content at The Clorox Company, Helen Lee has spent the last three years building an in-house social media practice from the ground up, focusing on channel and brand-specific strategies, creating engaging, action-oriented content, providing consistent customer support, and testing nimble posting tactics.
