Lead all sales efforts for the Western Region, including researching, proposing, closing strategic sponsorships, generating advertising partnerships, and hosting endorsements. Manage contract negotiation and work with internal teams to deliver customer driven results. Cultivate relationships with senior level executives and advertising agencies. Responsible for hiring, training, managing and motivating Western Region Sales to exceed established quotas, as well as facilitate communication, activities, and sales related events with team members in other regions.
