Lisa Abourezk oversees About.com's public relations, trade and consumer marketing efforts. Additionally, Ms. Abourezk adds unique value to the development of custom broadband advertising programs across the About.com network through a mix of solid marketing experience and intimate knowledge of the dynamics of the About.Com audience.

Prior to About.com, Ms. Abourezk enjoyed a successful, thirteen-year run in the advertising and media industries, working both online and offline in consumer marketing and partnership sales development roles. During her five-year tenure at Women.com, Ms. Abourezk served as Director of Client Partnership Marketing, launching new products, creative marketing and promotional programs for Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Clorox and Ford Motor Company. Notable successes include the launch of Procter & Gamble's successful cohort marketing initiative, Home Made Simple. Ms. Abourezk has also managed custom online programs for high profile media brands such as CBS Early Show and Chic Simple.

Ms. Abourezk holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from the University of California at Davis.
