Before founding Adconion in 2005, Tyler joined TrafficMarketplace (TMP) as a co-founder in early 2000. There he served as Vice President of Operations and was responsible for both sales and media.

Prior to TrafficMarketplace, Tyler was a Series A investor and one of the first 10 employees at Avenue A , a digital marketing agency that became one of the industry's biggest success stories. At Avenue A, Tyler served in both the sales and media departments and in 1999 he started the Strategic Partnership Department, where he served as a Director and negotiated over a half billion dollars in strategic media deals.

He holds a BSBA with a concentration in Marketing from Fort Lewis College.
