Author and expert in transformational leadership, participation marketing, and gender workplace behaviors, Daina Middleton has explored leadership effectiveness personally and by working with a number of teams and organizations over the years.  With over three decades of hands-on business experience as proven leader and CEO, she brings real-world experience to leadership effectiveness. 

Daina is the author of the Marketing in the Participation Age: A Guide to Motivating People to Join, Share, Take Part, Connect and Engage, and her new book Grace Meets Grit: How to Bring Out the Remarkable Leader Within designed to drive actionable gender behavior change in the workplace – something bias training alone has not achieved. 

Prior to working in transformational leadership, Daina, held a number of leadership roles.  During her 16-year tenure at Hewlett-Packard she pioneered digital marketing. She went on to be Global CEO of Performics, the largest performance marketing company in the world, and ran global business marketing at Twitter. She also serves as a director on the boards of Marin Software and Healthwise.
