As an emerging leader, Phil leads marketing communications strategy for the Verizon Fios digital sales operations and customer experience channel. In his role, he is responsible internal and external program management, communications and organizational growth and excellence.
In his 3 years with Verizon, Phil had previously been responsible for strategy development & execution of national integrated communications & marketing initiatives for Verizon Fios and Verizon Wireless customer experience, network, consumer pricing as well as products & services. During this time, he played a key part in fostering key new business development opportunities, growing consumer engagement & strategically advancing the brand image among the emerging millennial segment.
Phil is currently pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management at Centenary University and received his certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University in 2016. He is a graduate Seton Hall University Class of 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in communications- public relations & psychology.
