I have recently completed my Masters of Mass Communications and Digital Media, and am working full time as a Senior Media Planner at Traction in San Francisco.
I am interested in media and future of media specifically in our increasingly globalized world and media pertaining to the promotion of global corporate citizenship. I am interested in taking my passions and experiences and applying them to opportunities in research, media marketing, and communications.
While pursuing my Master’s degree I have gained experience in interactive project and design management while working on projects such as the Utility Art Project of San Jose, KQED’s Equal Time, and app and web design for local San Jose businesses.
My experience as a publications writer for Hera Hub - a collaborative work, meeting, and event space for enterprising women - gave me opportunity to research and report on women and business, topics dear to my heart. And my participation in Juno PR, Hera Hub’s in house PR agency, has exposed me to important issues and strategies involving PR and Social Marketing.
