As President at Starcom USA, Rob oversees client business for Airbnb, Lego and Novartis in addition to leading the Starcom Leadership Council. Throughout his 25+ years at Starcom, Rob Davis is truly one of the agency’s most exemplary leaders. He started his career at Leo Burnett Media and quickly gained experience across every category. From his time working with brands like Miller, McDonald’s and Harley-Davidson to overseeing LEGO, Allstate and the global Kellogg’s business, Rob can always be counted upon to deliver great results. 

Rob has been at the helm of such innovative and industry-recognized programs as a Media Gold Lion for Allstate’s teen safe driving, and multiple Effie-winners such as Special K “What will You Gain when You Lose?” On Allstate, Rob was part of the team that helped develop the marketing and media around the now infamous “Mayhem” campaign, and helped win the assignment for Allstate’s Direct Response media in addition to the brand work. He possesses vast experience in digital marketing including video, display, addressable, programmatic, search, and analytics as well as overall strategic direction and ideation.
