Erik has worked in digital advertising for over twenty years.  He implemented $500m in media while leading AOL's Advertising Operations in the company's prime - where he was Employee of the Year; launched and managed DataLogix's ad network, leveraging online and offline data; helped build video ad platform SpotX from a twenty person start-up to a 400-person global operation, establishing their U.S. programmatic business and opening offices across Europe and Asia.  He is currently President of Respondology.  Erik lives in Boulder, CO with his wife and two sons.
