Ishan is co-founder at Velocity, building the next generation of data in marketing technology. 
 
Ishan brings more than 17+ years of audience data experience, most recently as head of data at Samba TV, TubeMogul (Acquired by Adobe), and Data Visualization at Microsoft. 
 
As an expert in Audience Data, Ishan noticed that marketers know WHO they wanted to reach, but never knew WHEN the best time was to reach them. Ishan's team built a programmatic platform that serves mobile messaging based on the motion of their phone - at the best moments of attention, drastically increasing ad engagement. 
 
Ishan earned his MBA from MIT, and his BA at UC-Berkeley, and lives in NYC.
