Aimee Reker guides marketing investments, improves teams, and increases returns on media in market for top agencies, brands, and technology companies. Inspired by possibility, she is equally experienced in building media capabilities at both the start-up stage and at the global holding company level. Someone once said if you give Reker a hammer, she can build you a house. And make it fly.

She's built media teams from scratch at FRWD in Minneapolis, Circle.com (Euro RSCG 4D), and MRM Worldwide.  Reker was the first global digital strategist for the Los Angeles-based Emerging Media Lab for IPG. She led the selection and post-acquisition integration of search agency Reprise Media into IPG. And she has created technical, data, and content teams at the global level as SVP, global director of search and social for McCann Worldgroup. Large or small, it's always been built while she flew it.

Aimee is a sleeve-rolled-up contributor to the industry as an Executive Board Member and Treasurer of Minnesota Interactive Media Association (MIMA), a Founder of the Minneapolis Chapter of Women In Wireless, a Scratch Mentor for children's the non-profit, Coder Dojo, and as advisor for iMedia and the ASPY Awards.  She is a graduate of Pepperdine University and Tokyo International University.
