As head of worldwide publishing, Poletto manages global operations, sales, marketing and licensing. Poletto joins Glu from Microsoft's MSN Network where he was the general manager of US advertising sales. At MSN, Poletto directed all advertising sales efforts, partner relations, content sponsorships and co-marketing opportunities.

Prior to his position with MSN, Poletto served as vice president of the company's Microsoft TV and WebTV initiatives where he was responsible for building and managing all non-subscription revenue streams including advertising sales, electronic programming guides, interactive television services, as well as defining innovative broadband services to be offered to cable and satellite network operators.
