Greg Weber is the West Coast Advertising Sales Director for Broadband Enterprises / BBE.com, where he helps marketers run their most creative, effective and efficient video ads across the web, and successfully reach their target audience.<br />Prior to BBE, Greg was the Multi-Media Advertising Sales Director for The Wall Street Journal, a Dow Jones/News Corp. Company, where he led digital and print efforts for the Midwest region, as the company drives sales in a true integrated fashion, including The Wall Street Journal, Barron´s and Marketwatch.
Previous to joining The Wall Street Journal in 2007, Greg was the Western Region Sales Manager of Tribune Interactive, based in Los Angeles at the LA Times building and worked out of the Tribune office in San Francisco as well, Greg led a team to drive sales for the award winning Tribune properties; Latimes.com, ChicagoTribune.com, and Newsday.com, among many other news and entertainment sites. Greg was with the Tribune Company for over four years, and prior to his post in Los Angeles, was an Account Executive for Tribune Interactive in New York, where he was responsible for Tribune´s NYC-based business, as well as the Mid-Atlantic client base. Greg started his online sales career in 2001 with Ticketmaster/Citysearch.com, now part of IAC, in New York, where he was Regional Account Manager for the Eastern Region, and joined Tribune Interactive in 2003. Before moving to the interactive side of the business, Greg launched his advertising sales career within the walls of several independent publishing houses; he was Director of Advertising for Troika Magazine/Lone Tout Publications, Inc., in Westport, CT, and sold for the travel publication Blue Magazine/Blue Media Ventures, as well as for Spotlight Magazine, Japanese Lifestyle/USA (Meadow Publications); worked for Sweet Spot Media Group in an outdoor advertising capacity -- and as his foray into media, worked as an editor and copywriter. Greg currently lives in Los Angeles.
