Jason Van de Loo is Vice President of Marketing & Portfolio Strategies for Capella University (NASDAQ: CPLA), an accredited online university. In this role, Jason is responsible for driving Capella's go-to-market strategy for new products and markets, as well as the ongoing development of existing products and markets. He also oversees Capella's marketing organization, with responsibilities including brand development, advertising, communications and outside sales.

Since joining Capella in 2002 Van de Loo has held progressive leadership roles in marketing and business management. As director of marketing, he led the development of Capella’s lead generation and digital marketing efforts, and as vice president-market leader, he was responsible for overseeing the company’s mental health services market. His previous experience includes digital marketing and loyalty marketing positions with Carlson Marketing Group. Van de Loo earned both his MBA and his BS in Marketing and Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
