Michelle Burnham has over 16 years of leadership and digital media management expertise gained from senior positions held in media planning, buying, and activation.   She is an industry-recognized expert in digital media integration and operations, as well as a frequent speaker and contributor at trade conferences.

As head of media at NeuroGym, Burnham is responsible for media strategies, initiatives, tactics, and activation for the company's portfolio of products. Prior to joining NeuroGym, Burnham led the media activation team at Huge and was partner at Burnham Marketing, a consultancy dedicated to helping companies expand their digital media capabilities and build integrated campaigns. Burnham also served as director of operations at Horizon Media, and as director of campaign management and technology, as well as associate media director, at Mass Transit Interactive. 

Over her career, Burnham has managed hundreds of campaigns for iconic brands such as Canada Goose, Citibank, Hertz, The History Channel, A&E, Ace Hardware, Dole Salads, NYU SCPS, Invisalign, and Verisign. She is a frequent contributor at the iMedia Summits, an active participant in the IAB, the Media Ratings Council (MRC), and has been committee chair of the professional development committee of the 212 New York Interactive Ad Club.
